... if nothing else is provided. Check out this article by the NY Times that shows how kids pass us the healthy vending machine for those "other" processed versions of snacks. But I say that's because they're given a choice. Put all healthy snacks there and then they won't have a choice to make unhealthy decisions. Before long, that's all they'll want. What's your take?

Careful on the Agave Nectar - New Information has surfaced!
There is some new discussion around the nature of how agave is processed and broken down in the body. If you choose to use it, please do so in moderation or find other, less processed alternatives. I know, you're thinking, not again. But yes, just when you think you found something sweet and safe to eat, you find it's no better than HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! Well, I'll have you know that the body doesn't actually need any other form of sugar than those found in your all natural fruits anyway. So what are you concerned about. Let it go!!!
